Creating your own terms of use works as follows.
1. Click on "Edit" in your product and then on "Advanced settings".
2. There you will find the settings for terms of use at the bottom and click on "Manage terms of use".
3. Here you can store several terms of use, which are stored per vendor account and can be added to several products.
4. these are then displayed to your end customers on your order form under "Your payment options":
